Intuitive Reiki Master / Teacher (Usui and Holy Fire Karuna Reiki)
Reiki is a healing practice that promotes relaxation and encourages balance in the body, mind and spirit (emotions). It is a simple, natural and safe method of healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. Reiki is effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Reiki services can be done in-person or through distance reiki.
I am an empathic intuitive reiki master. During your session I will channel the healing energy of reiki, along with the ability to read energies of the body and energy field around you. This can help guide me to better understand some of the blockages in your body and to help you to what requires healing, in turn, greater healing can occur.

Indian Head Massage Practitioner
Indian head massage is a Hindu massage dating back over 4000 years ago, tracing back to the ancient ways of the Ayurvedic Indian health care. Indian head massage has many benefits including the release of toxins from the muscles, improves oxygen flow to the brain, stimulates lymphatic drainage and aid sleep. Indian head massage also aids in reducing stress, anxiety and alleviating mental tiredness by simulating the release of endorphins.

The genetic testing consists of 70 genetic makers with specific panels for health, sports, fertility and plant-based. Included in your report is actionable information for weight management, nutrient recommendations, heart health, food and tolerances, eating habits and physical activity.

Nutritional Consultation
I am a graduate from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) and I am certified as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) with a Natural Nutrition Diploma. I look at each client as a whole and treat each person as a unique individual with completely different needs from everyone else. Each assessment is designed to look at all of the different systems in the body and try to get the body back in balance. Examples of the different systems are – the digestive, intestinal, skeletal, nervous, reproductive, etc. My assessments are thorough and my goal is to empower and educate my clients so that they can improve their wellbeing and live happier and healthier lifestyles. Even small changes in the diet and lifestyle can lead to big changes for some people.

About Me
I started my wellness journey in 2004 when I had many health concerns that were making my life feel miserable. After seeing 6 different doctors for 6 different afflictions, I was left feeling discouraged and hopeless. I decided to take a chance and try a different direction (one that I didn’t know existed). I met with a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and it was life changing for me. After a short time, with much reading and trial and error with certain foods, I turned nutrition into my hobby and eventually I left my career as a real estate agent to persue a career in nutrition. It was a no-brainer for me as more of my real estate clients asked me about nutrition than they asked me about houses. I love what I do and enjoy discussing all aspects of healthy living to anyone who asks me questions. If anyone is looking to improve their overall wellbeing, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
